A festive Christmas cocktail

50 ml Graham’s Dry White Port
10 ml lemon juice
100 ml ginger & cardamom Schweppes Premium mixer
1 sprig of rosemary
Take a large wine glass and add ice cubes.
Add the port, lemon juice and tonic.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
You can first smoke the wineglass with dried rosemary.
Use a bottle of white port that hasn’t been open for longer than one week, as oxidised port wine has an unpleasant taste.
The lemon juice is for extra refreshment – the cocktail can be served without it.
Pour the tonic gently along the glass to preserve the bubbles.
